Childhood souvenirs at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme
A dormant nostalgic perfume lies within all of us. To make sure that everyone enjoys a pleasant and sweet time, Jean-François Rouquette and Jean-François Foucher invite you to share their new creations during their "le gouter".
From April 15, 2009, "le gouter" time at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme starts at 3:00pm and ends at 6:00pm every day in La Cheminée or the Terrasse on sunny days.
During the afternoon, come and discover the sweets created by Jean-François Foucher, which will evolve over the course of the seasons and with his inspirations. They include "sacristains", a souvenir of his childhood bakery in the Sauternes region; brioche; chocolate mousse made from his mother’s original recipe; marmalade; creamy rice pudding by Jean-François Rouquette; chocolate spread; apple pie; and chocolate shortcakes that created a lot of crumbs in the car on the way to his vacation.
The exclusive mise-en-scene of this special moment has been handled by the designer Olivier Tourenc. You will discover his imagination through his original writing cases, holding the temptations of this return to childhood.
